Domiciliary Care Worker
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour plus fuel cost reimbursement.
Location: This role will require you to travel between clients’ homes to deliver care in and around Cambridgeshire.
Job Description
Promote nutrition, personal care and self-management to achieve a maximum level of independence and comfort for our clients.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Preparation of meals. To assist with mobility, feeding, washing/bathing, dressing and continence care. Provision of emotional support, and support to increase clients’ confidence and motivation. Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures. To work in partnership with all team members to maintain a high standard of care through working collaboratively.
Training:
New hires will undertake a comprehensive training program at our company, which includes inductions, hands-on practical training, and shadowing experienced senior staff. Additionally, your growth is supported by a commitment to continuous training and development as you advance in your career. This ensures that you’re always equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence & full access to a car (required)

6 months of care experience is preferred, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training for all staff.
