Our Story
Driven by 30+ years of experience working in healthcare around the world and in the NHS, Nelisa Poshai founded EliteNurse Home Support Services. She has dedicated over 30 years to the healthcare industry, starting as a midwife and progressing through her career to become a Senior Research Nurse. Nelisa has extensive experience on the frontlines, in both hospital and nursing home settings. She has cared for people from their very first moments as newborns all the way to the end of their lives. Nelisa’s journey has instilled a deep understanding of the unique needs and concerns of individuals and their families. She recognises that there is a crucial need for high-quality at-home to support people facing the challenges of ageing, illness or disability. Nelisa believes passionately that at-home services cover a critical gap when people are discharged from the hospital, and they also have the potential to prevent hospitalisation through support in areas such as diet and medication management. Her long service has honed her professional expertise and cultivated a profound passion for delivering the highest levels of care.
